We are in the middle of construction of a project of six family houses, which have 4 rooms, situated on a gentle western slope.
The individual plots have size of 381 to 477 m² and are accessible via a newly designed road on their northern border, connected to the municipal road.
The majority of the layout of the houses is located on the ground floor in contact with the garden, on the first floor we placedaa children's room or a study room with facilities. Thanks to the mutual vertical shift of the houses and the checkerboard alternation of the masses of the upper floor, optimal sunlight is possible for the houses and an unobstructed view from the upper floor of each house.

The partial embedding of the masses of the ground floor into the slope and the alternation of the volumes of the second floor minimize the impact of the new building on its surroundings. We offer the houses with the option of adding covered carports, slightly recessed relative to the level of the garden. A tool shed is designed under the carport cover. It is accessible from the garden. There is also a place for household waste. The full fencing on the side of the access road seamlessly connects to the lower floor of the houses and together with the carport it forms an entrance atrium and ensures privacy in the gardens."
