What architect says:
"Our aim in this project was to design two semi-detached houses that would optimally utilize two large (and hard-to-sell) building plots. Houses were located on the slope and moved a half floor higher. Entrance then gets to the center of the staircase, which shortens the route to the day or night part. Dispositions are mirrored, only the mass of the upper floors changes with respect to the surrounding views."
