1. Architectural study for free
In case we would build your house, you will get your architectural study for free.
2. Refund guarantee
In case you would not build your house according to "our" architectural study, we still offer you refund of 50% of your architectural study fee, under the condition we could use it in our house catalogue.
3. Unique support
You will get the support of the builders- magic trio: architect, investor, builder. Before the house construction, we provide support to the client: we will contribute to the project documentation through our experience and knowledge. In the phase of preparing of an architectural study, we can save your money on "statics" of the house, even in tens of thousands of euros.
