About the architect
Architectural studio based in Bratislava, Slovakia, founded in 2014, recently is led by Andrej Olah and Filip Marčák. GRAU works on different scales of projects, from interiors to public buildings. We are always trying to work with context in context, do not fake, work with honest materials and approaches. We work from whole to detail, from vision to realisation. In case we would build your house, you will get your architectural study for free.

In case you would not build your house according to "our" architectural study, we still offer you refund of 50% of your architectural study fee, under the condition we could use it in our house catalogue.

Before the house construction, we provide support to the client: we will contribute to the project documentation through our experience and knowledge. In the phase of preparing of an architectural study, we can save your money on "statics" of the house, even in tens of thousands of euros.
