We are building a family house from our catalog, which is set on a slope.
The land is located in the Trnové - Žilina district.
The house is designed as a two-story house with a recessed floor and a minimal built-up area. The entrance to the house is designed from the level of the adjacent road through a paved and covered area serving as a parking space for 2 cars with the possibility of temporary parking for visitors on the driveway. The entrance areas of the house consist of a vestibule and a bright hallway with a staircase that connects all floors of the house. On the entrance floor there are also 2 children's rooms with accessories and a technical room with a washing machine. The daily part of the house with a living room, kitchen and dining room occupies the lower floor, oriented towards the garden - a terrace created by landscaping, forming essentially the only flat part of the land. A recessed (covered) wooden terrace is designed in front of the dining room, which will be connected to the entrance areas at road level by an exterior terrain staircase.
