We have built a family house in the center of the village named Rosina. The project was created in cooperation with the architectural studio "OFFICE110 architekti".
The proposed family house has 1 above-ground floor with a residential attic. The layout of the family house is designed with respect to the exposed location of the land and its small area, with an effort to achieve basic utility parameters and an acceptable level of privacy for a family of 4.
For this reason, the mass of the house is formed around a smaller atrium measuring 5.6m x 4m, which is connected to the rest of the land on its southern side.

The entrance to the house is designed from the north side through the vestibule, from which the garage is also accessible. In front of the entrance and the garage, a paved area is designed with the possibility of using it as a temporary parking space for visitors.
The layout behind the vestibule continues with a corridor around the atrium, which leads to part of the house occupied during the day - 5m x 7.8 m space with a kitchen, dining table and living room, which is oriented to the atrium and the terrace on the opposite, eastern side with glazed walls.
The staircase through the corridor provides access to the part of the house occupied at night in a horseshoe shape, which consists of a parental bedroom with a separate bathroom with toilet, two children's rooms and a bathroom with toilet.
