We built the construction of a turnkey family house, according to an individual house plan.
The new construction of the family house in question is being implemented on the site of a renovated family house and uses the existing entrance from ul.A Rudnaya in Žilina.
The building respects the street line and is designed as a two-story house with a flat roof. The concept of the solution resulted from the requirements for the function of the building, as well as its location. The facade is designed in smooth plaster and supplemented with stone facade cladding.
Ground floor (1st floor): On the ground floor of the building there is a double garage with a hobby room. Part of the space in front of the garage is covered. The entrance to the building is from the terrain through a leveling staircase to the vestibule. From the vestibule there is access to the toilet and from there you enter the living room in which there is a staircase to the 2nd floor.

The kitchen and living room create one large space. The pantry is accessible from the kitchen area. In the back wing there is a technical room, bathroom and bedroom. A covered terrace is accessible from the hallway.
On the 2nd floor there are three rooms, a wardrobe, bathroom and separate toilet. From two rooms there is an access to a terrace on the western part of the building, which is partly designed as a green roof with extensive planting.
The flat roof above the garage and entrance is designed as a green sedum flat roof.
