We have built a modern single-storey bungalow - a family villa in the city district of Žilina - Bôrik.
The modern family bungalow is located on a flat plot of land in a built-up city district of Žilina.
It is designed on the plot the way that the terrace provides its owners with a sufficient private zone in the city. The modern bungalow with an "L" floor plan will impress mainly with its modern and tasteful design. Part of the house area is a garage for two cars.
The house consists of a vestibule, from which there is access to a spacious wardrobe and a garage. Other features of the house are two bedrooms with a bathroom, a spacious living room connected to a modern kitchen, the master bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom and a wardrobe.
The raised ceilings above the living room, kitchen and master bedroom add to the spaciousness and airiness of this part of the house.
