Object is solved as a two-storey house. It has a square ground plan with triangular cuts on each side, where all the openings are placed (windows and doors). Angle between the cuts and the side of the square ground makes 135 degrees. The house is built without a basement, covered with an extensive green roof. Main entrance into the house is placed on the street facade, as well as the entrance to the garage. The object is placed 2m from the street boundary, keeping up with the existing street line. Main entrance to the house and garage is placed from the street side. In the garage, which is designed for one car, there is also a technical background of the house with the heat pump. From the outside entrance leeward, created by the overlap of the first floor, you enter the vestibule of the house continuing to the main hall, which is connected with the central living space. In this area there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and the stairs. From the kitchen you can get to the storage room and further to the garage. Over the living space there is an open gallery connected with the second floor. From the central living space you can get to the guest room, toilets and bathroom with sauna. On the second floor, there are situated two bedrooms with the bathroom and separate toilets, laundry room, workroom and the main (parents) bedroom with their own bathroom and a walk-in closet.
