We have built a turnkey house.

Architecturally, it is a two-story family house. Since the terrain is sloping, it is a family house embedded in the slope, i.e. the family house contains one above-ground floor and one underground floor partially embedded in the terrain. The entrance to the building is from the south side - the terrace of the family house accessible from the street, you enter the entrance hall. The family house on the 1st floor contains one separate room, kitchen with dining room, living room, wardrobe, bathroom and staircase as a communication space to the underground floor.

In the basement, which is partially embedded in the terrain, the family house contains a guest room, a bedroom, two bathrooms, a toilet, a technical room, a sauna, a room, a wardrobe, and a second bedroom. A separate part of the basement is the basement storage. The terrace directly below with an entrance to the garden is accessible from the basement. The garage for two cars is accessible from the street on the 1st floor, in front of the house there is a paved area intended for parking two cars. The technical room includes a heat recovery system with distribution, a DHW tank, a heating condensing boiler, a washing machine and a dryer.
