This part of the house provides ample storage space while maintaining the cleanliness and openness of the main living area.
The main living space is located on the upper floor, offering the comfort of single-level living similar to a bungalow. The layout is divided into a day and night zone, ensuring sufficient privacy for all members of the household. The house includes three separate rooms and a study, providing flexibility for family life as well as working from home.
A key feature of the living area is its connection to the exterior through direct access to the terrace. This creates an ideal space for relaxation, family gatherings, or enjoying the surrounding views.

The object of the new construction of a family house is a structure consisting of one underground floor and one above-ground floor. In the part with the recognized truss, a utility attic space – a gallery is created on the ceiling slab of the 1st floor above the vestibule, pantry and part of the corridor. The object of the family house is located on a significantly sloping terrain of a rectangular shape of the land. Entry to the land will be possible only from the access road from the north-west side. On the neighboring lands, which are plots for construction in direct contact, there are utility and older residential buildings and gardens.
