We completed a modern family villa in the peaceful and prestigious residential area of Ahoj in Bratislava, surrounded by greenery and offering unique views of the city.
The house was designed as a contemporary new-build with an emphasis on clean architectural lines, functionalism, and comfortable living. Thanks to the sloped nature of the site, the building incorporates a basement level along with two additional above-ground floors. The living area is naturally connected to the terrain and the garden, creating a pleasant living space filled with natural daylight.
The upper floor forms the private night zone of the house, featuring panoramic views of Bratislava. The architecture works with minimalist elements, clean lines, and a strong focus on functional spatial layout.
An interesting feature of the project is the access to the flat roof above the second floor, where a relaxing rooftop terrace with views of the city will be created.
The entrance to the house is oriented to the northeast. The main living area is positioned towards the views while maintaining a seamless connection to the garden. The property features two separate entrances — the main entrance to the family living area from the basement level and a second entrance leading to a client office located on the first floor.
Two parking spaces are designed in front of the house, and access to the property is provided by an exterior staircase connected to paved surfaces made of interlocking concrete pavers, naturally linking the entrance with the main living area of the house.
